Post-Lockdown - Covid 19 Contingency Planning

The last 6 weeks have been incredibly challenging for everyone and whilst it seems that the whole world is standing still, there are so many people working to keep the “cogs” turning. Working in the property sector, specifically Lettings & Property Management I observe & listen - that’s why this “people focused” industry fascinates and drives me, because fundamentally whilst it may be a property centric industry, it really is about relationships.
Apart from when I couldn’t work, myself and my team have spent every day speaking to our clients - Lauren and I spent 3 days calling everyone just to check in on them, sharing experiences & stories about lockdown.

Having spent so much time engaging with agents, I put together a resource that shows the impact of Covid 19 on the Letting Industry. This serves as a guide on “where we’ve been” and on what has to be done in the future. I have read so many online articles which refer to “Post-Covid 19”, however, I believe what they actually mean is “Post-lockdown “, since that will hopefully be , the next phase. It is preparedness moving forward, that is important.

So we have created four training programmes -  Covid 19 Contingency Programmes - Solution Focused Learning to Assist with the Running of Your Letting Agency Post Lockdown. The programmes are based on an infographic I created which shows the impact that Covid-19 has had on the Letting Industry. It illustrates, firstly, the amount of Change Management initially involved in adapting to the changes Government imposed on businesses, and secondly, the volume of work this shift in working practice created. The infographic is for you to refer to as a resource when you join us for the training sessions.

These will be available from the 11th May 2020 - to register your interest email Lauren - info@guild-let.co.uk
