Provide User Feedback for the PRS Database Development Team

Following a TLIC meeting last week, Theresa Wallace has asked us to share an opportunity for letting agents to trial the Government's Register Your Property Service as part of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) Database private beta.

The PRS Database team at MHCLG have advised that the most effective way for letting agents to provide feedback on the service is to participate in the private beta.

To do this, a letting agent will need to work with a landlord who is willing to sign up and join the beta first.

Testing how the Database works will be one of the only ways the it can be improved so make sure you contact a landlord who will delegate responsibility to you through the link above. You can then upload information about a property on their behalf and provide feedback.
