Corporate Membership provides access for multiple staff members, legal and compliance support, discounted training, and enhanced benefits.

+ How long does GLM membership last, and how is it renewed?

Membership is valid for one year and can be renewed annually. Renewal reminders are sent in advance.

+ Can individual agents join GLM, or is membership only available to companies?

Both individual agents and companies are welcome to join.

+ Do GLM Members receive a certificate or accreditation?

Yes. Members receive a certificate confirming their membership.

+ Are GLM Members listed on a public directory?

Yes. Members are listed on our directory but not on our website.

Yes. We deliver induction and foundation-level courses suitable for new starters but do not currently offer Apprenticeships.

No. Our training only covers residential.

Yes, we are actively supporting members in preparing for the Renters’ Rights Act.

Costs & Payments

+ How much does GLM charge for in-house training?

Fees depend on the number of delegates and the content required. Quotes are available in writing upon request.

+ Are there discounts available for multiple staff members attending courses?

Yes, we offer group booking discounts.

+ Are there additional charges for course materials or certification?

All essential materials are included in the course fees. Certification is also included unless stated otherwise. Copies of original certificates can be provided at a cost of £50.00 plus VAT.
