Managing Director
Phone: 01992 479974
Email: info@guild-let.co.uk
I have been Managing Director since July 2006. As well as overseeing the running of the Guild of Letting & Management, I liaise with clients on business development projects, develop & write training courses, and deliver training, which I am very passionate about. I have just completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and will start the LPC in January 2021.
In my spare-time I cook, practice yoga, enjoy boxing, read and travel whenever I can. I am fluent in 3 languages and currently studying the LPC / LLM at the University of Law after obtaining the GDL at De Montfort University in 2020.
Tweedie Brown CBE
Chairman since April 2012, Tweedie provides strategic support to the Guild and mentors Susie. His background as an Army Officer in HM Forces has proven invaluable to the company and the team.
Lauren Green
Personal Assistant to Susie Crolla
As a working mum, formerly PA to a Harley Street ophthalmic surgeon, qualified nanny and child minder, Lauren has the skill set required to over see the day to day running of our MD’s diary, manage the course schedules and liaise with training venues. Lauren’s strength lies in being customer focused and has been a tremendous addition to the team.

John is a private landlord, was senior consultant to the National Landlords Association, and runs a farm in Norfolk with his partner Jackie. John is an avid reader, enjoys creative writing, is a life long Chelsea supporter and travels extensively.
Natasha Eddy
Business Operations Consultant
Natasha has worked in the private rented sector for over 28 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to GLM. She has joined the team as a Business Operations Consultant overseeing changes in process and key projects which will assist with continued growth
Zeus Maximus and Apollo Aurelius
Resident Feline Consultants
Between naps and the occasional ambush on an unsuspecting laptop keyboard, they specialise in offering “guidance” on tenants’ rights to keep pets under the Renters’ Rights Bill.
Zeus, with the regal air of his namesake, is never shy to lay down the law (usually while sprawling across important paperwork). Apollo, meanwhile, takes a more measured approach, preferring to observe proceedings from a cardboard box before delivering his judgement.
Together, they provide invaluable insights into all matters feline, reminding letting agents everywhere that pets are not just companions but seasoned negotiators when it comes to tenancy agreements.
