Assured Shorthold Tenancy – DPS Custodial (Wales ONLY)

An Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) is the usual type of tenancy agreement used by most private landlords. As long as the proper procedures are followed, a landlord can regain possession of the property after the initial six month fixed term.

This contract is the most up-to-date version available and complies with the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019.
