A Deed of Guarantee is a legally binding document by which a third party (the Guarantor) agrees to be responsible for the Tenant’s obligations under the Tenancy Agreement if the Tenant fails to meet them. This includes responsibility for unpaid rent, damage to the property, breach of tenancy terms, and any associated losses or costs properly incurred by the Landlord as a result of the Tenant’s default.
