Terms of Business - Tenant Find Only and Rent Collection
These Residential Lettings Agency Terms and Conditions are for use in lettings and property management. They set out the service provided by the letting agent along with responsibilities of the landlord. Each version provides the Terms and Conditions to be used where thye letting agency will be providing a “fully managed” service or Tenant Find / Rent Collection.
The Terms and Conditions also include the mandatory requirements for letting agents to be members of a Client Money Protection Scheme which came into force on the 1 April 2019 and reference to the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018.
